One of the highlights of the evening will be the exciting “Black History Family Feud” game, where participants can test their knowledge and compete for fantastic prizes. This engaging activity will not only entertain but also educate attendees about the significant contributions and achievements of Black individuals throughout history. It’s an opportunity for the entire family to learn together and celebrate the remarkable heritage that has shaped our community.
In addition to the game, ‘A Taste of Black Gwinnett – Black History Edition 2024’ will feature a wide array of artistic displays, and culinary delights that pay homage to Black culture. From captivating art exhibitions and soul-stirring music to delectable food offerings inspired by traditional recipes, there will be something to engage and nourish every attendee.
Presented by the Gwinnett Black Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Black Gwinnett Magazine, this event is also an excellent occasion to support and uplift Black-owned businesses in Gwinnett County. Local entrepreneurs – including youthpreneurs — will showcase their unique products and services, offering a chance for attendees to discover and appreciate the diverse talents and creativity within our community.
