Community development is continuing to expand in Gwinnett County, Georgia. More than 2,000 acres are planned for the Rowen – Phase 1 project set to include offices, research facilities, public spaces and residences. The site will be anchored by the Rowen Village consisting of offices, multi-family residential, community spaces, restaurants and the arts.
The project has also signed “living lab” agreements with Georgia colleges, a first-of-its-kind partnership.
The Rowen Foundation is leading the project.
